i found that in pg/mumbai section there are hundreds of adds but they all are from the same person. This is not appreciated. Please come up with some rules which can stop them by doing this kind of posting.

Pathetic ,Poor services and not understand guest problem I had booked Nanital-Corbett-Mussoorie package through Vinayak Holidays in Jan 12 the rate and hotel was given to us was very good but there was no clear communication on payment terms . we had paid more than 50% advance to the travel agent and we start out tour . The one of the worst experiences we had at corbett is that "the hotel suddenly asked us to pay accommodation cost by cash at the time of checkout because they had not received money from Vinayak Holidays and the issue with us at that time was we are not carrying much cash with us and the ATM facility or card swiping facility was not available near to hotel location. We had call Vikayak holidays to provide us solution but they refused to help us and we had travel 30 Km from hotel to widraw Money and paid to the hotel. that was very embarrassing and panic situation for us. I will never book any holiday package in future with such type of Travel Agency who don't bother and understand guest problems and spoil there holidays .
