Designation : Customer Service Associate (Voice process)

These openings are for many of our prime and biggest clients in India, 20 Top international BPOs in Mumbai, all into diifferent feilds of customercare, technical support, online banking, ticket booking, insurance, airlines, tech srevices, consultancy, et all.

Additional Requirements: candidate should posess excellent communication, fluency in spoken english, hard working, committed and willingness to work in flexible shifts

Description: Taking and escalating calls, Solving customer querries, upselling, online transactions, online banking support system, tickiting and booking, verification, bill collections, customer care, card activations, Insurance, Cosmetics, mutual funds, et all.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience : 0 - 4 years (BPO)

Qualification : Any grad (freshers and experienced) / HSC with Min 6 months experience

Compensations vary from 10k - 28k + incentives (which extend till 40k for collections) these vary upon your qualifications, previous experience, ability, shifts and finally personal interviews.

Companies are also offering joining & retention bonuses from 21,000, 25,000 & 40,000. Free food and home pick / drop facilities.
