Handle End-to-end recruitment process & achieve target closures/revenue per month of Rs. 1.5 Lakh 4. Client Account mgmt post 1 month to be SPOC 5. Handling team of work fm home Recruiters post 2 months Sr. Partner/Consultant - Client Acquisition • Part I 1. Doing vertical specific market research to promote our Temp/Perm Hiring services 2. Study industry verticals 3. Tele-calling to propose our temp/perm hiring services 4. Follow-ups with clients 5. Fix-up meetings with clients 6. Sign Business agreements for Perm/Temp Staffing & IT Infra Mgmt Services 7. Client relationship to get repeat business 8. Getting resource requirements & share the same with execution team • Part II – 1. Key Account Management for end-to-end recruitment to promote Temp/Perm Hiring 2. Handle Team of Recruiters 3. Heading the specific industry vertical & develop dedicated staffing practice Commercial Benefits to you : 1. Monthly Earning potential up to Rs. 25000 (based on performance) 2. Incentives + Revenue share for Client Acquisition 3. For Recruitment - Revenue share based on candidates you place 4. Phone reimbursement 5. Fix Fees post 1 or 2 months time based on performance 6. It takes min 45 days to get the first revenue for you in Recruitment & it could be within 2 weeks for Business Development / Client Aquisition.
